Embassy Gardens sits at the heart of the new Nine Elms development and directly adjacent to the new US embassy. As well as the 1,560 new residential units, the development includes a transparent acrylic sky pool spanning 48ft between two ten-storey buildings. Acumen provided project management, cost consultancy and contract administration services for the implementation phase.
